The above named organization agrees to reimburse the San Luis Obispo Bicycle Club for the replacement cost for any item(s) that are lost or damaged during the course of the above identified event. The above named organization also agrees to return the item(s) no later than the following return date.

Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property, and agrees to release and hold the San Luis Obispo Bicycle Club harmless for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of the use of the above equipment while in his/her custody.
